Spectra Tech provided relocation support for each of the 20 DISA organizations. This included developing a detailed relocation plan to include interdependencies, contingency/split operational plans, mission impact, asset identification, and relocation support to include staging crates, packing materials, and asset tagging. Spectra Tech assisted each organization in all pre-move, move and post-move activities
For this project, the Spectra Tech team has developed and executed detailed relocation plans reducing the impact on organizational mission and downtime. Spectra Tech prides itself on its ability to gain Government employees’ trust and cooperation, to help ensure this project and others run smoothly – on-time and on-budget. The Spectra Tech team provided detailed briefings explaining the process and its purpose, and involved each organization’s leadership as a major stakeholder and integral part of the relocation process.
